JLPT N4

Interesting Fact

Zen Buddhism has an interesting paradox. 🧘 Instead of trying to force new thoughts, monks often meditate by letting thoughts pass without holding onto them. The goal isn't to stop thinking forever, but to observe thoughts calmly until the mind becomes clear. Sometimes, the best ideas appear only after you've stopped chasing them.

Memory Trick

“Beautiful moon outside your window fills your heart(心) with beautiful thoughts.”
